During this project, I was assigned to improve the MijnHVA website. During this project, I delved deeply into understanding the target audience to identify the needs of the students. This approach allowed me to deliver a redesign that closely aligns with their requirements. Under the Process section, I have detailed my approach and methodology for this assignment.

Process

After my research, I discovered that new students need personal guidance on the website. This led me to the idea of a "buddy" system. The buddy guides new students through the website and provides assistance where needed. Additionally, I developed a step-by-step plan to ensure that students receive all the support they need to start the school year successfully. By completing the steps, students can get the necessary guidance.
